The Chemicals Manufacturing and Specialties Division, comprised of the businesses of Salt for Household Consumption and Industrial Applications, Chlorine, Caustic Soda and Related Specialties, and Refrigerant Gases Manufacturing and Commercialization; and the Energy Processing and Logistics Division, comprised of Electricity and Steam Cogeneration, and Hydrocarbons Processing and Underground Storage.

Headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico, CYDSA has more than 20 subsidiaries across 9 locations throughout the country and exports its products to more than 15 countries.
